Located less than 2 miles from the gorgeous little town of Sister Bay, this cottage is the perfect resting place for any Door County adventure. It is located on 1.5 semi-wooded acres with tons of privacy and yet minutes from everything Door County is known to provide.
Rooms: This is a two story cottage located on a lovely semi wooded lot on a quiet road. First floor includes cozy great room with fire view propane stove, full kitchen with dishwasher and more, main bedroom with queen sized bed, large screen TV and walk out to deck with seating, full bathroom with doors from great room hallway and from master bedroom, laundry room area with washer and dryer. There is a one stall attached garage with garage door opener. Second floor consists of loft family room type area with media center and large screen TV. There is a second bedroom on the upper floor with queen sized bed, TV and a second full bathroom.
Amenities: Three televisions, DVD player, Dish TV, internet/wifi, central heating and air conditioning, fire view propane stove in great room, huge fire pit with seating (firewood not provided), gas grill and plenty of deck seating. Laundry room area with full sized washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Attached garage with remote. Bed linens, towels and hair dryer are also included. Fully furnished kitchen including dinnerware, cooking utensils and even a few spices and condiments. Keurig coffee maker and standard drip coffee maker – with some Keurig cups on hand. You will find everything you need to prepare your meals just in case you choose to pick up some groceries and never leave the cottage.
Pricing: $295 per night from Memorial Day through mid-October, and $195 per night other dates. We do list all the properties on VRBO and Airbnb but if they are booked directly through Door County Escapes, you can save those online booking fees. We do allow up to two (2) dogs with dog guidelines approval. Booking will require a 50% deposit with the remainder being due 30 days prior to arrival*
Cleaning fee: $150 one time cleaning fee
*There is a three night minimum mid-May to mid-October, and only a two night minimum at other times. Pricing is subject to change at any time. Prices do not include local taxes.
